Hey, I'm Amy!

I'm a certified mental performance coach and triple-board-certified physician in Pediatrics, Young Adult Medicine, and Sports Medicine. As a former division 1 athlete, warrior athlete, team doctor, and military leader, my passion centers around optimizing mental strength, health, and performance, and enabling others to conquer their dreams and thrive. My husband and I are raising three incredible kids, and dedicated to using our gifts to serve others through a foundation of faith and love.

Hey, I'm Josh!

I am a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and business leader. I'm an expert in finance, business operations, healthcare, and partnerships to drive organizational success and growth. I believe in helping people achieve their highest potential, overcome obstacles, remain purpose driven, and live fully alive! I am a husband to Amy, and father of three awesome kids.
