Each session is 60 minutes and will focus on the teaching of a mental skill with review and repetition from week to week. Sessions will be personalized to address your specific goals and needs.
The first four sessions are foundational. Sessions are weekly for the first 6 months. After working through all of the skills, then we can shift to bi-weekly coaching calls for maintenance of the skills.
Just like conditioning and working out your body, it's equally important to regularly condition your mind for victory and optimal performance.
While everyone's experience is unique, most clients notice increased self-awareness and positive shifts in mindset right from the first session. Ultimately, the speed and depth of results depend on your level of commitment, openness to change, and consistency in applying what you learn.
Our coaches are Mental Game Coaching Professionals (MGCP), Mental Performance Mastery (MPM) certified, and more. They are dedicated to helping clients achieve their performance goals effectively while optimizing well-being.
